Joomak Banjum is a re-interpreted Korean restaurant inspired by contemporary New York City culture and executed with French technique in an approachable fine dining atmosphere. The kitchen is helmed by Jiho Kim and Kelly Nam
The Studio
The Studio is a unique counter dining experience in front of our pastry kitchen, where we serve a menu highlighting local and imported ingredients, mainly focused on Japan. You will also enjoy additional desserts with unexpected combinations of sweet and savory from the mind of our Executive Pastry Chef Kelly Nam.
